  • Is this a long term commitment?

    There are no long term commitments to use Simpli5. You only pay for the months you use. If you cancel your account, you will not be billed again.

  • Is our data backed up?

    Yes, all data is backed up nightly and stored in 3 separate physical locations. In the case of emergency the most recent backup can be restored.

  • Is Simpli5 secure?

    We use 128 bit SSL security (the same technology used by online banks) for secure connections. All merchant transactions are protected by the same technology.

    Passwords are securely encrypted and stored in their encrypted state.

  • Can we install Simpli5 on our own server?

    As a hosted application, Simpli5 is not offered as standalone software.

    We take care of the configuration, upgrades and installation so that you don't have to worry about anything.

  • Can you customize Simpli5 for our needs?

    Everyone uses the same version of Simpli5. We are open to feature suggestions, especially those which will be useful to all of our accounts.

    We do offer consulting services for Simpli5 integration. Many opportunities for customization are available during this consultation. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

  • Is Simpli5 available outside the United States?

    Simpli5 is available for signup worldwide, but has been designed for use inside the U.S. Currently we only support the English language, United States currency and U.S. tax policies.

    We are working hard to make Simpli5 more accessible to those outside of the United States.

  • Does Simpli5 work on PC's and Mac's?

    Yes. Simpli5 is entirely web based and so it will work on any modern web browser on any operating system.
