Account / Billing Questions

  • How do I upgrade / downgrade my account?

    First click on "My Account" at the top right, and then choose the "Billing / Plan" tab. The plan you are currently on is highlighted. Select a different plan and click the "Change My Plan" button.

    Only account owners can upgrade or downgrade the account.

  • How does the first free month work?

    When you sign up for a paid account, we will ask you for a credit card. We will not charge your card for a month. After that, your card will be billed once a month until you cancel your account.

  • Do I get a free month when I upgrade from a free plan to a paying plan?

    If you sign up for a free account today and later decide to upgrade to a paying account you are not eligible for the for the first month free. If you sign up for a paying account today, you won be billed until next month.

  • Can I change plans later?

    Absolutely. Simpli5 will grow and shrink with the needs of your business. You can upgrade / downgrade your account anytime from your "My Account" page.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. If you need to pay offline, or need other arrangments, please contact us.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    No. We don't believe in signup fees, cancellation fees or any other hidden fees. You only pay for your chosen monthly subscription cost.

  • How do I cancel my account?

    We will be sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your account at any time from your account's "Billing/Plan" tab. Once you have cancelled your account, we will not charge your credit card again.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Simpli5 is a pay as you go service. You only pay for what you use, and as such, we do not issue refunds. You may cancel your account at any time and you won't be billed again, but you are still responsible for any previous charges.

  • How do I change my credit card?

    Navigate to your 'My Account' section and select the 'Billing/Plan' tab. From here you can view the card currently on file and update it with a new card.

  • Can we prepay for months in advance?

    Yes, please contact us to make arrangements.

  • What happens if we upgrade/downgrade in the middle of our billing cycle?

    When you upgrade your account you will immediately change the the higher plan. You can start using your new plan immediately. We will charge your account the upgraded price on your next billing date, until then there is no additional charge.

    When you downgrade your account, your account is immediately downgraded. Your next bill will be charged at your new rate.

    We do not prorate billing for partial months.
